What is CloudLinux OS?

CloudLinux is an operating system designed for shared hosting providers. It functions to improve data security, stability and density by separating all tenants using shared server resources into distinct lightweight virtualized environment (LVE), in order to improve or limit the server resources of each tenant.

Thanks to the CloudLinux technology used on our servers, the following features will be available:

– The LVE technology will allow to allocate the server’s resources between all users’ accounts.
– Single websites will not use too much of the server’s resources.
– LVE will control all traffic generated by a given account and act – if necessary – by protecting the server and the accounts of other users against too much overloading.
– Single websites will not be able to disturb the stability of the server.
– Due to the good organization and allocation of resources, our servers will be incomparably more efficient, secure and faster when in comparison with servers using the standard configuration.
– CageFS will close particular accounts in a cage (as the name suggests it) and protect all accounts from internal attacks (e.g. by scripts uploaded onto a different FTP account).
